Laser Cutting
At JRT Metalworks, we offer custom laser cutting services for other local manufacturers.
CNC laser cutting utilizes a computer guided laser to cut through a variety of materials. This process allows us to quickly and efficiently fabricate metal products.
We specialize in cutting carbon steel and mild steel, with experience in aluminum and more. Whether you are looking for pieces for your manufacturing business or for custom designs, our laser cutter can do it all.
Bending
Along with our laser cutting services, we offer custom bending and forming. Our press brakes are capable of producing detailed bends in a variety of metals.
Our press brakes use a fixed bottom edge to hold the cut metal products in place, while a movable top blade creates precision bends.
With our years of experience in metal bending, we guarantee consistent, quality bends for every metal product.
Our Equipment
6KW Fiber Laser
Our 6KW Fiber Laser is capable of cutting steel sheets up to one inch thick using oxygen, nitrogen, or shop air.
Small Press Brake
At 44 tons and four feet long, this small press brake is great for small, repetitive bends.
This large press brake is 250 tons and 14 feet long. With a six axis programmable back gauge, it creates consistent, complex bends with accuracy.
